The RAM 1500 is widely recognized for delivering power behind the wheel, and it adds to the excellent driving experience it delivers with muscular styling and numerous creature comforts in its roomy cabin. The 2024 RAM 1500 is unchanged from its predecessor.
This impressive, full-size truck is styled with a powerfully sculpted hood and rigorously contoured side panels. Its tall, well-designed front end brings its commanding height to life. Curved sides cap the rectangular grille and boast the RAM logo prominently in the center. The large, rectangular headlights are directly integrated with the grille and outlined on three sides with LED lighting. Exterior features like a RamBox cargo space, underbody skid plates, tow hooks, a split multi-function tailgate with a powered release, powered running boards, a spray-in bedliner, side steps, all-terrain tires, in-bed lighting, and other gear elevate the RAM 1500's functionality.
The RAM 1500 is offered with three powertrains for the 2024 model year. The entry-level system is a mild-hybrid V6, a 3.6-liter unit with 305 horsepower. Select higher trim levels have a V8, 5.7-liter engine, available with and without mild-hybrid tech. It generates 395 horsepower. These powertrains come with an eight-speed auto transmission and the option between rear-wheel and all-wheel drive. The 2024 RAM 1500 TRX is exclusively available with a 702-horsepower, supercharged V8, 6.2-liter system. The TRX has the same transmission as the other trims but is only available with all-wheel drive.
Each of the 2024 model year trims is brilliantly outfitted with entertainment, safety, and comfort features.
